doodles
I drew these... almost two years ago now. wow. some of my favorite male counterparts from Providence. but yeah, sometimes, I get into these modes where everything just comes out of my hands in exactly the right way. I don't know why it's not like that all the time.The rest of these are more recent. Very very quick sketches, usually under a minute a most to draw. I think that they look looser but are very restrained at the same time? I gotta let go.

my pal Lois Harada was kind enough to commission some postcards from me, leaving it totally up to me as far as content, so i decided to use it as a way to try things out. nothing super spectacular, but i'll keep at it.

"When I Was Fifteen" comic for Dimensions 4
Here's the comic that I did that will be appearing in Dimensions vol 4, coming out June 4th, 2012. Everything is drawn and inked by hand.

This is the cover I did for the upcoming comic anthology Dimensions vol 4 out on June 4th 2012. It will be a 4 color silkscreen printed by the infamous Thomas Toye. Dimensions is edited by the notorious Zejian Shen.

Monster Show 6
i TOTALLY forgot to scan my drawings for the Domy Books Monster Show. Luckily they took a picture of one of them (above). Plant monsters. I'd like to do more of them. You can sort of see my other one in the installation photo above this guy. Its above and to the right of the blue lisa hanawalt bat monster. it's black and blobby like this one. i did this a year ago when i tried to apply to BookPeople. I never got a call back. :\
